iv) Award for Best Use of Footage in an Entertainment Production

v) Award for Best Use of Footage in an Arts, Music or Drama Production

vi) Award for Best Use of Wildlife and Nature Stock Footage

vii) Award for Best Use of Sports Footage

viii) Award for Best Use of Footage in an Advertisement or Trailer

ix) Award for Best Use of Footage in a Short Production

x) Award for Best Use of Footage in an Educational Production

xi) Award for Best Use of Footage in a Cinema Release

xii) Award for Best Use of Footage on Non-television Platforms

xiii) Award for Best Use of Footage in a Home Video Release

SUBMISSIONS ENTRY FORM CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES 1st DECEMBER 2009 Before completing, please ensure that you have read the RULES of ENTRY. To qualify productions must have been premiered between 1st January 2009 – 31st December 2009. The first submission of any title to award category 1-14 will be charged a handling fee of £50 (+VAT). Any further Submissions of the same title to another category in the award categories 1-14 will be charged at £300 + VAT. This does not apply to The Jane Mercer Footage Researcher of the Year Award where a programme already submitted may be cited as supporting the nomination of a named Researcher at no further cost. Supporting visual material is required. This must be supported by THREE clean identical copies of the production or episode cited on DVD ("All Zones"). Viewing material should be in English, dubbed or subtitled if possible. If this is not possible, then the original language version should be supported by a synopsis in English. Any visual material provided on incorrect formats will not be considered.
