Those libraries able to supply the material requested should reply within 24-48 hours, but, please note, every library charges different rates for preview or master material and licences will depend on the amount of material to be supplied, the use, the territory and the length of the licence period.
NB. English is understood by most of our library members, so if you use any other language, your request may not be dealt with so speedily.
After you've sent the request, try looking at the Directory for access to all our library members' on-line databases, or talk to the contacts listed. If you are working on a major project we recommend that you hire one of FOCAL International's 130 professional researcher members.
