Freelance TV Producer Writer & Director/Archive Consultant.
Specialising in archive-based Comedy, Light Entertainment & Factual Entertainment programmes. Head of Production at leading comedy entertainment TV production company Avalon Television between1998 - 2000. Former BBC Film Archive Librarian & Experienced Film Researcher/Archive Consultant with in depth knowledge of commissioning process, development & project planning, budgeting, scheduling, script writing and all areas of production including pre & post production, live studios and location filming. In addition to a long career in entertainment I am also interested in military history and local history and am a skilled archive records and genealogical researcher.
