Getty Images Continues to Strengthen its Footage Offering with New Appointment of Simon Samuels, Director, Footage EMEA
Getty Images has announced the appointment of Simon Samuels to the position of director, footage EMEA. Samuels’ expertise in the moving imagery sector will play an important role in helping to develop and grow Getty Images’ Footage offering into 2008.
Samuels has a background in advertising sales at Flextech-IDS, and brings over five years dedicated experience from Associated Press, where he successfully raised the company’s profile in both its Archive and Entertainment divisions.

Samuel’s will be based at Getty Images’ Camden office in London and will report to Craig Peters in Los Angeles.
