OSF Links Up with Eastern Europe

1 November 2003

OSF has just signed a deal, which adds ISIFA to its expanding network of overseas agents. ISIFA, who are based in Prague, will represent the OSF film library in the Czech and Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus and the Ukraine.

Jane Mulleneux, OSF's Head of Collection, commented 'We are very excited to be working with ISIFA and to be making our footage more easily available across Central and Eastern Europe. ISIFA has a great deal of experience in licensing stock footage and are particularly effective in the advertising and TV sectors, for which they are already finding OSF material to be well-suited. We are expecting a growing demand for stock footage in Eastern Europe and are confident that, by putting our footage with ISIFA, we can facilitate easier access to our collection.

Isifa is a general media archive - offering the best available visuals, both still and moving. Their collections include contemporary and archival footage, including Czech and Slovak celebrities, important cultural and political events or scientific discoveries, as well as Czech archival and documentary film footage material. OSF's collection will add a range of high quality footage including wildlife, special effects, lifestyle, scientific and geographical subjects.
