Elizabeth Klinck wins Canadian Screen Award - The Barbara Sears Award for Best Visual Research

On March 7th at the Canadian Screen Awards, FOCAL Executive member and Lifetime Achievement honoree Elizabeth Klinck was awarded the Canadian Screen Award – The Barbara Sears Award for Best Visual Research for her work on the Canadian-UK co-production How to Change the World. Produced by Met Film and Insight Productions, the film chronicles the adventures of an eclectic group of young pioneers - Canadian hippie journalists, photographers, musicians, scientists, and American draft dodgers - who set out to stop Richard Nixon's atomic bomb tests in Amchitka, Alaska, and end up creating the worldwide green movement and Greenpeace.
