OMNIBUS to be featured on CBS Sunday Morning

OMNIBUS will be featured on CBS Sunday Morning, tentatively scheduled to air September 19.  OMNIBUS will take center stage in the CBS Sunday Morning segment about the creativity of early television, a time often referred to as The Golden Age of Television.  Patrick Loughney from the Library of Congress will walk viewers through the new state-of-the-art audio-visual center at the Library of Congress, where the original masters of OMNIBUS are stored.

Don’t miss William Shatner, an early OMNIBUS star, reminisce about his adventures on live television.  Ron Simon of the Paley Center for Media will talk  about how early television was based on the traditions of live theater and filmmaking.
